How do I order?
Build a basket in the Shop, then use Quick Order to send a human-confirmed request by WhatsApp or email. We confirm stock, fulfilment, ingredients/allergens, final price and payment before accepting the order.
What sizes are available?
The public shop currently shows 100ml and 250ml pouches. Larger formats and event quantities are handled through an enquiry.
How strong are the cocktails?
The standard cocktail pouches are 15% ABV. A 100ml pouch contains 1.5 UK units; a 250ml sharing pouch contains 3.75 UK units.
Can I order alcohol-free?
Alcohol-free requests are welcome. Recipes and availability vary, so we confirm the exact option and product information before accepting the order.
Do the pouches arrive frozen?
Standard UK-mainland fulfilment and specialist frozen/timed delivery are different services. We confirm the practical option for your location, date and quantity before payment.
What does delivery cost?
Eligible UK-mainland standard delivery is £4.95 and free from a £45 product subtotal. Collection is free by arrangement. Timed, frozen, event and larger-volume deliveries are quoted separately.
Can I mix flavours in a Buddy Deal?
Yes. The basket groups pouches by size, so two 100ml pouches are £9 and two 250ml pouches are £16, even when the flavours differ.
What about ingredients and allergens?
Product cards show a flavour profile, not a complete legal ingredient declaration. Full and current ingredients, allergens, storage and handling information are provided before acceptance and again with supply.
Can you supply an event or brand activation?
Yes. DrinkBuddies supports pouch drops, frozen-drink service, private celebrations, festivals, Sip & Paint sessions and product-led collaborations. Use the Events form with the date, location and estimated audience.
Do you offer wholesale?
Bulk/event supply and genuine resale wholesale are different. Published volume prices are for non-resale use; retail/reseller opportunities are assessed and quoted individually.

1. Orders and payment
The website’s Quick Order and enquiry forms create requests only. They do not take payment or create a binding accepted order. DrinkBuddies will confirm availability, product information, fulfilment, the final total and payment arrangements before accepting a request.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Drink Buddies Ltd is not currently VAT registered and does not charge VAT. Delivery is calculated separately.
2. Collection and delivery
Free collection is available by arrangement. Eligible UK-mainland standard delivery is £4.95 and becomes free when the product subtotal reaches £45. The postcode, dispatch timing and service must be confirmed before acceptance.
Timed, frozen, event, remote-area and larger-volume deliveries are quoted separately. Alcohol will not be left unattended or with a person who cannot complete the required age check.
3. Alcohol and age verification
You must be 18 or over to request or purchase alcohol. The recipient must also be 18 or over. A Challenge 25 approach may be used at collection or delivery, with approved photographic identification requested where appropriate. Alcohol requests are accepted only where current licensing and fulfilment conditions can be met.
Please drink responsibly. A 100ml pouch at 15% ABV contains 1.5 UK units; a 250ml pouch at 15% ABV contains 3.75 UK units.
4. Ingredients, allergens and storage
Short flavour profiles on the website are not complete ingredient or allergen declarations. Current ingredients, allergens, storage, freezing, defrosting and use-by information will be supplied before the order is accepted and with the product. Tell us about allergies or dietary requirements, but do not rely on a form note alone for medical safety.
5. Changes, cancellation and problems
Tell us promptly if you need to change or cancel a request. Your legal cancellation rights depend on the product, whether it is made or prepared to specification, its perishability and whether fulfilment has begun. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If something is wrong, contact us promptly with the order reference, photographs where useful, and a clear description so we can investigate.
6. Privacy and local storage
We use the information you submit to answer your enquiry, prepare or fulfil an order, keep appropriate business records and address problems. We do not ask for payment-card data through the Quick Order form. Your browser stores your basket, browsing preference and cookie notice choice on your device.
Contact contact@drinkbuddies.co.uk about your personal information. No advertising or analytics cookies are currently active. When you choose WhatsApp or email, your message is handled by that provider as well as DrinkBuddies.
